Employment Opportunity: Office Manager
Elevator Repair Service Theater seeks a part-time, salaried office manager to provide administrative support for our small, collaborative staff. The office manager will interface with multiple departments, including artistic, production, development, and finance. This position is ideal for a candidate interested in gaining a holistic overview of arts administration practices in a mid-sized, nonprofit theater. Candidate must be available 28 hours per week between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm, beginning May 2016.

Job Duties:
- Schedule office meetings and maintain company-wide calendar
- Assist Artistic Director with correspondence and scheduling
- Facilitate and take notes at staff meetings
- Manage vendor relationships including IT and cleaning
- Check mail, answer phones, order office supplies, answer general inquiries, etc.
- Lead archival efforts
- Serve as building liaison
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Provide clerical support for Finance Manager
- Maintain company’s physical and digital files
